Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s voice, vision, and business goals
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute content calendars, launches, and campaigns
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry shifts 
  • Engage with the community by responding to emails, comments, messages, and mentions with brand tone
  • Track analytics and insights to measure growth, optimize content, and report performance regularly
  • Coordinate with influencers, models, and collaborators for online features and cross-promotions
  • Ensure all digital content is on-brand, visually consistent, and speaks to the target audience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practices (especially Instagram and TikTok)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual curation skills
  • Experience with content planning tools (e.g. Later, Planoly, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with overall brand direction
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for design, photography, and fashion aesthetics
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
