Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the brand’s voice, vision, and business goals
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute content calendars, launches, and campaigns
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry shifts
- Engage with the community by responding to emails, comments, messages, and mentions with brand tone
- Track analytics and insights to measure growth, optimize content, and report performance regularly
- Coordinate with influencers, models, and collaborators for online features and cross-promotions
- Ensure all digital content is on-brand, visually consistent, and speaks to the target audience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brand
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and best practices (especially Instagram and TikTok)
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual curation skills
- Experience with content planning tools (e.g. Later, Planoly, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently while aligning with overall brand direction
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design, photography, and fashion aesthetics
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
