Hair Stylist

Key Responsibilities:

• Style models’ hair for fashion shoots, campaigns, runway shows, and fittings
• Collaborate with creative directors, makeup artists, and stylists to deliver cohesive looks
• Research and develop hair concepts that align with the creative vision of each project
• Prepare hair kits, tools, and products for each session and maintain strict hygiene standards
• Execute last-minute hair changes and touch-ups in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Advise on hair accessories, extensions, and treatments needed for specific concepts
• Maintain professionalism and time management during both rehearsals and event days

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a hairstylist in editorial, fashion, or luxury environments
• Strong understanding of hair types, textures, and cutting-edge techniques
• Skilled in a variety of styles including sleek, voluminous, braided, sculptural, and natural looks
• Ability to work quickly, calmly, and precisely under tight timelines
• Aesthetic alignment with high-fashion and artistic direction
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback
• Must know how to use professional tools and products; must maintain strict hygiene standards
