Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods such as collection drops or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. ASHUNTER™ is not responsible for these fees they are determined by your local government and must be paid by the recipient. Please consult your country’s customs office for more information.
Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, ASHUNTER™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or extreme weather conditions.
