Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full production timeline of collections, from sampling to final delivery
• Source and liaise with manufacturers, fabric suppliers, artisans, and logistics providers
• Oversee quality control at all production stages and ensure alignment with brand standards
• Create and manage production schedules, budgets, and inventory forecasts
• Coordinate fittings, sample reviews, and approvals with the design team
• Monitor all materials, trims, and garment development to meet delivery deadlines
• Manage the production team (tailors, assistants, logistics, etc.) and ensure clear task delegation
• Collaborate with event and styling teams for seamless handover to shows and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in fashion production or operations management
• Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes and timelines
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating costs and timelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly under pressure
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in production tracking tools (Excel, Airtable, or project management software)
• Excellent communication skills and leadership ability
