Product Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to translate sketches and concepts into technical prototypes
• Source materials, fabrics, trims, and finishes that match creative intent and production feasibility
• Create and update tech packs, size specs, and garment construction details
• Oversee sampling, fitting sessions, and revisions to ensure perfect garment realization
• Manage product timelines to meet collection deadlines and launch windows
• Ensure consistency in quality, fit, and construction across all styles
• Communicate with local and international manufacturers to monitor development progress
• Maintain a detailed product development tracker and cost sheets
  
  

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product development within a fashion or luxury brand
• Proficient in garment construction, fabric knowledge, and technical development
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with both local and international manufacturers
• Ability to balance creativity with practical and commercial viability
• Strong communication and time management skills
