Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead ASHUNTER’s comprehensive marketing and brand growth strategy
  • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, experiential, influencer, and press relations
  • Drive global brand expansion while preserving the brand’s core identity and values
  • Spearhead major product launches, seasonal campaigns, and strategic partnerships
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team (social media, PR, visual design, etc.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategy
  • Ensure alignment between creative, commercial, and communications functions
  • Represent the brand at high-level industry events, interviews, and executive summits

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer lifestyle brands
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand marketing, positioning, and consumer psychology
  • Proven track record of building brands with international visibility and commercial success
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, global launches, influencer relations, and media buying
  • Strong communication, leadership, and storytelling abilities
  • A data-informed thinker with creative intuition and global cultural sensitivity
  • Executive-level decision-making and cross-functional team management skills
  • Passion for innovation, fashion, purpose-driven storytelling, and cultural influence
