Choreographer / Runway Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Train models in high-fashion runway walking techniques, posing, and stage presence
• Choreograph model sequences, pacing, and formations for live shows and rehearsals
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to align walk styles and energy with the mood of each collection
• Coach models individually and as a group, ensuring consistency and professionalism on the runway
• Run rehearsals, fittings, and final walk-throughs leading up to events
• Provide direction during photoshoots or video campaigns when movement is involved
• Ensure backstage coordination and walk timing is flawless during showtime
  
  

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a runway coach, fashion choreographer, or movement director
• Deep understanding of high-end runway standards and presentation etiquette
• Ability to work with both professional and emerging models of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, confident, calm, and inspiring
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, posture, and stage flow
• Experience in fashion shows, live events, and/or performance direction
