Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen market position and global reach
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and values across all platforms and materials
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR, and production teams to align campaigns with the brand narrative
- Lead brand partnerships, sponsorships, and press opportunities that elevate brand visibility
- Monitor fashion, art, and cultural trends to identify brand growth opportunities
- Oversee the development of branded assets (e.g., lookbooks, packaging, decks, web presence)
- Analyze brand performance and audience engagement to refine strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador in public relations, events, and industry-facing opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a brand manager or strategist in fashion, luxury, or creative industries
- Strong understanding of brand development, identity building, and storytelling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple initiatives at once
- Deep knowledge of fashion culture, high-end aesthetics, and emerging global markets
- Proficiency in brand strategy tools, analytics, and marketing platforms
